You can also rotate cloned parts with key, mirror them with and cancel construction of cloned area by right-clicking on it. Hold down the right mouse button to select an area to clone. The clone tool is useful for creating multiple instances of an already existing room or area.
It is found in under Quick Build on the menu bar. This tool copies tiles that the player selected.
